A Table Top Exercise

An international bio-terrorism ‘table top’ exercise was conducted in Ukraine and five other central and eastern European countries just four weeks before the outbreak of a deadly virus in Ukraine.

According to the Interpol Website, the exercise was carried out in conjunction with the World Health Organization under the premise that “the plague had just been unleashed … by unknown evildoers”. It was billed as “a Tabletop Exercise on Preventing Bioterrorism”.

The website goes on to explain that the “event took place from 29-30 September in Warsaw, Poland”, and that the countries involved included Belarus, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland, Slovakia… and Ukraine.

A little over a month later Ukraine remains in the grip of a deadly and rapidly spreading virus which some believe is a form of pneumonic plague.

Not that this in itself says anything other than that a bioterrorism exercise was carried out and that, coincidentally, one of the participating countries is now in a state of hysteria over a real outbreak.

But it is a remarkable coincidence that some four weeks later this particular region of the world should fall victim to what many fear could be a real bioterrorism attack, as deaths from the mystery virus in the Ukraine continue to rise at an alarming rate.

Schools and universities remain closed, many dare not leave their homes without a face mask and there is a ban on public gatherings which has been extended to at least the end of November. 155 deaths have been recorded in the past week, most from viral pneumonia.

Nearly a million Ukrainians have received treatment for ‘flu-like’ symptoms since the outbreak on October 29.

The country’s presidential elections have been postponed until May 2010.

Coincidence?

The above-cited ‘coincidence’ brings to mind a similar ‘coincidence’ which occurred on the morning of the 7/7 London Bombings in 2005.

peter-power-panorama-tv It emerged following the bombings that former Government security adviser and top UK police officer Peter Power (left) was conducting a ‘private security exercise’ based on terrorist bombs going off at precisely the same railway stations where the real bombs were detonated.

As Power himself told BBC Radio 5: “At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning.”

Power’s ‘security exercise’ has never to this day been satisfactorily explained.

A similar ‘coincidence’ occurred on 911, when the Associated Press news agency reported that the CIA was conducting a “training exercise” based on planes crashing into buildings.

According to a report released by US National Reconnaissance Office the planes “struck the outside portions of the building, spraying jet fuel. The final portions of the wreckage were scattered around the entryway between tower 1 and 2. Jet fuel was burning uncontrollably in the vicinity of the flagpoles. There are a number of injured and dead NRO employees.”

The 911 exercise was due to take place at 9am local time—precisely the time the twin towers were hit by hijacked airliners.

So if the above are to be viewed as merely ‘coincidences’, then, is it also merely a ‘coincidence’ that an “international bio-terrorism ‘table top’ exercise” was conducted in Ukraine just four weeks prior to the outbreak of a real ‘bio-terror virus’?

Because if it is, how is it Mossad agent and microbiologist Joseph Moshe knew about Ukraine’s impending ‘bio-warfare’ epidemic two months before it happened?

Where And Who Is Joseph Moshe?

As reported (November 2nd) on Conscious Ape in an article entitled Swine Flu Wars – Baxter’s Ukraine Bio-Weapon Exposed, back in August this year Joseph Moshe called radio show host and flu researcher Dr True Ott with information that pharmaceutical giant Baxter International had produced a bio-weapon disguised as a flu vaccine at its research facility in Ukraine.

According to a friend of Dr Ott, Alexander S Jones, Dr Ott advised Moshe to take his information, which included documents, to a US Attorney’s office in Los Angeles.

swine_flu_joseph-moshe It is believed Moshe was on his way to the Attorney’s office when he was arrested for allegedly ‘threatening to blow up the White House’. Though some reports claim he was repatriated to Israel following his notable arrest ordeal, there is no evidence one way or the other. The alleged Mossad agent has not been seen or heard of since.

So where and who is Joseph Moshe?

From what little information we have been able to glean regarding the true identity of Joseph Moshe, it seems he may have been working on a highly sensitive biological weapons program involving Israel, America and Russia.

Some claim his work in reverse genetics was a cover for his more secretive work in developing weapons-grade biological agents.

Further claims in this regard suggest Moshe may have met a fate similar to a number of other ‘microbiologists’ working on bio-weapons projects in the past decade or so. Reports of ‘bio-warfare’ microbiologists dying mysteriously and unexpectedly abound, even today.

But whatever became of the man calling himself Joseph Moshe, one thing is clear: almost two months prior to the outbreak of a deadly virus in Ukraine, radio show host Dr Ott was warned that Baxter International had produced a weaponised vaccine at its research facility in that country.

And a month later, as stated above, Interpol conducted a ‘bio-terrorism exercise’ in the region in conjunction with WHO.

What the real purpose of such an exercise might have been we may never know, though suspicions must surely run high given the outbreak of a deadly and still-unidentified pneumonic virus in that country a month later.

Meantime, the death toll in the Ukraine continues to rise, while the question on everyone’s lips continues to burn: Are the deaths due to regular swine flu?

Or are they due to a bio-terror attack as predicted by Joseph Moshe?
