Plans to force people to take the Swine Flu vaccination took an unprecedented step forward this week with news that the Irish government is to follow the US State of Massachusetts in passing laws to make the jab compulsory.

According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, Senior Judicial Analyst for Fox News, the State Massachusetts legislator has enacted a law giving extra powers to the police to impose martial law and quarantine the homes of people who refuse the vaccination.

“[This law] will allow Governor Deval Patrick to authorize police to vaccinate people against their will,” Judge Napolitano said. “They will incarcerate adults without a trial, without charges, without even a search warrant, who refuse to be vaccinated. This is what the statute authorizes.

“The statute also authorizes police to remove children from adults and vaccinate them against the will of the child and the will of the parent.”

The US government will keep records of all those who take the vaccination, leaving those who refuse it vulnerable to spontaneous police checks.

Road blocks may also be established where motorists will face random ‘vaccination checks’.

Meanwhile in Dublin the Health Department is planning to activate a 1947 Health Act provision which will make the Swine Flu vaccination compulsory in Ireland.

According to an article by Keith Falkiner the Irish Sunday Star, anyone refusing the vaccination will face jail.

“The position is that the Department is satisfied that the provisions in the 1947 Health Act for the control and management of infectious diseases, gives it sufficient powers to deal with a pandemic outbreak,” a Health Department spokeswoman was quoted as saying.

“They are seriously considering making the vaccination compulsory as it could be the only way to make it work.”

Other measures being considered are enforced quarantine and travels bans.

In preparation for enacting the new laws pharmacists across Ireland are being trained to administer the vaccination, which was produced by Baxter International.

Earlier this year Baxter was responsible for releasing a flu vaccine which contained the Bird Flu virus.

Indeed, the company is currently under investigation by the Austrian police for the deliberate contamination of 72 kilos of the vaccine, which almost produced an even deadlier pandemic than the current Swine Flu outbreak.

Vaccination To Be Tested On Children

Fears the British government will follow Ireland’s lead and make the Swine Flu vaccination compulsory were increased this week with news that children in Bristol are to be used as guinea pigs for testing new Swine Flu vaccines.

According to the Bristol Evening Post, 250 children aged 6 months to 12 years will be given the vaccinations, with the bulk expected to be from Bristol.

“Children are one of the age groups most vulnerable to swine flu infection, so it is vital that we obtain information on their response to these vaccines,” Professor of paediatrics at Bristol University, Adam Finn, revealed. “This study will help in decisions about which vaccine will be best for protecting children.”

The tests are to go ahead despite a recent warning by Britain’s Health Protection Agency (HPA) that the Swine Flu vaccine can cause Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a deadly nerve disease which attacks the lining of the nerves and causes paralysis and an inability to breathe.

The HPA also said the disorder can be fatal.

Meanwhile new evidence that RFID bracelets are to be used to identify people who have had the vaccine has caused serious concern among researchers.

According to the internet rumour mill, police could be given powers to arrest anyone without a bracelet and force them into quarantine centres or to have the vaccination against their will.

If the rumour is to be believed, anyone not wearing a bracelet will be unable to work, go to school, visit the bank or the supermarket, or even use public transport. In some cases, as in Ireland, ‘offenders’ may even face jail.

And for anyone unconvinced by the rumour, consider this:

As long ago as last November the US city of Boston fitted RFID bracelets to “several hundred people” in trials aimed at tagging the population in the event of a “long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic”.

These trials were carried out 4 months before the swine flu outbreak began.
