Conscious Ape was set up as a platform for alternative news articles in 2008. As a result of financial constraints I’ve had to move the original website across to WordPress with a new design and layout, which is good because it means Conscious Ape has survived, but it does mean we’ve had to sacrifice one or two of our more stand-out features in the process—including, for the time being anyway, our discussion forum.

Nonetheless we’re still here and still providing our readers with a provocative and alternative viewpoint. And that’s really what it’s all about.

Alternative news, plus alternative views on the mainstream news.
